Our work is fully tested, faultless and updated with current industry standards, practices and procedures. Therefore, we have you fully covered, should you need fiber optic restoration services.
We operate an emergency on call system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and a point-of-call contact email: emergencyrestoration@dbzerong.com
We will provide you with the emergency number once you fill out our service request form.
Immediately we are alerted to a problem, we will make telephone contact within an hour of receiving the email or telephone call, and if necessary, be on-site within the contracted response time.
